Nathan leads Tigertail’s emergency simulation and incident management capability with 24 years of expertise as an emergency responder, senior commander and instructor.
As a former Superintendent with the Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting Service, Nathan is highly skilled in developing outcomes based and accredited training as well as facilitating advanced simulations.
Nathan led the introduction of virtual simulation into emergency services training and assessment at Airservices Australia, which resulted in receiving the Gold Award for Innovation in VET in 2024.
He holds Masters degrees in both Emergency Management and Business Administration, combining extensive operational experience with strategic insight.
