The theme for the Australasian Simulation Congress 2025 (ASC 2025) is ‘Transformative Futures – building tomorrow together’.

The ASC 2025 theme draws together key influencing design and decision-making domains within the simulation and modelling space to contribute to a collaborative, innovative and sustainable future.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be no longer than 250 words (space not included).
  • Title must be no longer than 15 words.
  • Please disclose any conflict of interest.
  • Please state your preferred mode of presentation by selecting the relevant options when submitted. Please note that presentation preferences are not guaranteed for modes offered.
  • Please indicate if you do not wish for your abstract and/or final presentation slides or recording to be shared with delegates post-event.
  • All submissions must be submitted via the portal, Currinda. If you do not already have a Currinda account, you must create one in order to submit an abstract.
  • Deadline: 11:59PM ACDT (before midnight), Monday, 21 April 2025.

 

Abstract publication:

We are pleased to confirm that we have partnered with both the Journal of Healthcare Simulation who will be publishing short research reports invited from strong abstracts and presentations from the Congress, and the Journal of Simulation and Gaming who will be publishing strong papers submitted to the Congress in a special issue.
